I don't think any current aircraft have sufficient armour to survive missile hits. I'm by no means an expert on the matter, but I'd imagine chaff/hot waffle would be a more viable defence against them.

Your average non rigid filled with helium gas can take thousands of rounds of small arms penetration and [B]mortar fire[/B] and remain in operation.
This would be an awesome killstreak for Call of Duty

How many times.. Helium, not hydrogen.
Also, the hindenburg's gas enveloped where made air tights with a very flammable cellulose resin which cant have helped.
