secondly, rats carry diseases, lots of diseases, and are not easily edible without getting sick.
That is false. It would only apply to wild rats to the extent that it would apply to any wild animal. Anyway, yes, false advertising is bad.
I dunno why they mentioned the fake chicken eggs, at least that guys honest about it. "Aye, so, my eggs are made out of a flammable substance and pond scum, tastes great though!"
Fake eggs and rice have serious health implications. Not only do they pass off as they look like the real thing, these are staples of diet for China (I believe mostly southern). There was a vid of someone showing how this stuff was made, using lethal chems and plastic which look real after its done. I assume the author mentioned it because rat meat, especially in fucking China where pollution is everyone's neighbor there, because of the nasty diseases that may come along with them. Not to mention they're rats. And Chinese food processing plants/places/etc aren't really held up to par. And false advertisement, since people get their jimmies in a bunch when they get a meat that is clearly not the meat they bought.
I would happily give rat a try if they labelled it as rat and I knew where it came from (i.e. not the local sewer)
