wait why would children act like it's horrifying if they don't know what's going on?? if anything, wouldn't they be more intrigued?
I suppose it'd depend on their age and what they've been told, like if their mother told them if they even witness the act of sex they'll be rounded up and executed.
they're going to be doing it in 20 years anyways so why try to hide it??? i dont understand EDIT: not to eachother ohgod
Well, this sort of ruined my mood for the day, knowing that quite many poor little souls were scarred perhaps for life. Kids aren't supposed to see shit like that for a reason.
Your mood gets ruined over this? It's not like they saw their bloody gory noisy deaths and their precise dates on TV. They saw the most natural thing in life. In my book, thats an excuse to explain them what they just saw and avoid misconceptions later in life.
It's just body parts though.
tell that to the overprotective parents
Wincest.
Reminds me of this one time I was watching TV on like a monday afternoon, and they were playing some shitty rap song with a lot of 'fuck' and 'bitch' in it whilst showing pictures drawn by fans(children) of whatever show it was.
Because shielding your children is better than trying to make them understand it and the concept behind it? Fucking soccermoms
The image in the article is a representation of what I would have done as a kid [t]http://assets.nydailynews.com/polopoly_fs/1.1162512.1348014397!/img/httpImage/image.jpg_gen/derivatives/landscape_635/porn19n-2-web.jpg[/t]
The face of the boy in the background :v:
I dunno, if I didn't even know what sex was, seeing a couple of naked people scream while smacking into each other would be pretty freaky.
wait why would children act like it's horrifying if they don't know what's going on?? if anything, wouldn't they be more intrigued?
Children are stupid and unpredictable.
Pretty much what TestECull said, they are. Seeing shit like that happen spontaneously while just watching tv and being 3-6 would be pretty traumatizing since I'm sure a lot of younger children think it's some holy grail of inappropriateness.

Also didn't turn out to be a mass murderer and rapist (well yet at least, maybe the terrible, traumatizing visions of hot lesbian with big tits in my youth will come back and make me into a psychotic killer later in life, but probably not). It's only as traumatizing as people make it. If the parents freak the fuck out, run screaming around the house while crying, send the kid into therapy for 5 years where he is told about how horrible what he saw was then send him to Jesus Camp I'd imagine it will be quite traumatizing.
yeah the first time can be daunting and quite scary but maybe just a little peak, you know, just to make sure you don't forget soon you're flipping through all the porn channels on mute with your finger on previous channel just in case your mum comes in then it consumes your very soul and you'll stand at guard waiting for that moment that your parents leave, and then sweet sweet cable tv smut
Hey, I had cable, all the smut was payperview. I had the internet instead. I'm completely fucked up, aren't I?
This isn't news...this has actually happened before. Except I think last time it was Comcast. :v: EDIT: Maybe not Comcast, but I remember one of the TV service providers did this before.

is this whole kids crying when seeing nudity a american phenomenon? Can't think of any reasons why they would cry because of that?
is this whole kids crying when seeing nudity a american phenomenon? Can't think of any reasons why they would cry because of that?
Here in the grand old USA fear of naked people and sex is so ingrained in people's minds you're born with it now, it is now genetic.
Well, at least it wasn't Lilo and Stitch porn.
This happened before quite a few times, and pretty much 100% of the time when it does, it's a kids show that gets 'accidentally' switched. I'm starting to think it's never an actual accident.
Were they scared or something? :v:
A vagina is a fucking terrifying sight when you first see one. Unless you watch Hentai.
wait why would children act like it's horrifying if they don't know what's going on?? if anything, wouldn't they be more intrigued?
Remember how small kids often find kissing in shows "ugly" and "ew" We're talking under six year olds here. Now change that kissing to hardcore porn. A lot small kids might even believe that the guy is hurting the woman.

I hope not for the rest of their life though.
Thank God for the posters in this thread! I was worried about how I was going to teach my children about sexuality and the actual act of intercourse, thank you posters for opening my mind! It'd be much easier to sit them down and watch some pornography with them. No. Of course this would scare a small child, bitches screaming their heads off, jugs flying in their face. [editline]20th September 2012[/editline]
If the parents didn't made such a big fuss about it they wouldn't even remember it at the end of the week. facepunch reacts: It's just hardcore pornography, kids; why are you scared!?
“The children have been doing a humping motion. To watch your three-year-old and five-year-old doing that is heartbreaking.”
The closest I ever got to seeing porn on tv was those ads for "Girls Gone Wild" and "Wild Party Girls" (and whatever other similar ones there were). :v:
Of course the kids found it scary. It probably looked and sounded like he was attacking her or something to them.
Were they scared or something? :v:
My first experiences with porn as an adolescent were a very confusing time. I just couldn't understand what was going on, very scary in a sense. It is hilarious looking back.
