It's Saturday, 11:22am in South Korea right now. So, tomorrow in SK shit will probably go down. If not, give it another few days the drills will run until Thursday for all intent and purposes.

Yeah, nukes that blow up on the launch pad or fall into the ocean. Besides, if they hit the US with a warhead I'm sure we would authorize a retaliatory strike in such a way so there is minimal fallout drift.
They have been in war for a long time, The only think stopping them from shooting eachother is a cease fire which has been breached numerous times.

Honestly, as disturbing as that would be, it's a fact of life that this stuff happens. I also don't find organs or blood to be especially disgusting in and of themselves. Only raw death tends to disturb me above gory violence.

Well so far it seems North Korea is going to keep doing worse and worse shit till someone steps in.

If you talking about a "blitzkrieg" tactics used by the Wehrmacht during WWII, that will be very hard. The Korean Peninsula is very mountainous, and mountains make everything harder in war.
I'm not exactly saying this will escalate into a war now but it will do so very soon because North Korea like I said is just getting more and more out of hand.
But if we nuke them they'll just retaliate with nukes, and if we attack them they'll likely fire nukes before being simply beaten down, sadly it doesn't look like this will end without a ton of needless bloodshed, it's only inevitable that this will go down very badly the only factor right now is when exactly it'll go down.

That's assuming they have nukes, I think they "could" have the potential to make them according to some thing i saw a few days back but lets be realistic about lets say they do have one, the people who run our countries aren't stupid well at least their advisors aren't :P am sure they have defences in place for such an event already.
