I don't think its a case of people not caring, its just this kind of thing happens so often in these types of countries where as of course an attack in a western country will get more notice.
Well since it's not a Western country some people won't care as much [editline]25th July 2016[/editline] But the Middle East only goes so far as Egypt, therefore Libya isn't
Egypt is geographically in North Africa. Considered Transcontinental. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/North_Africa
Egypt is geographically in North Africa. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/North_Africa
He'll probably argue the point that a tiny part of its landmass is in the geographical Middle East now.
He'll probably argue the point that a tiny part of its landmass is in the geographical Middle East now.
I dunno, Wikipedia said it's considered Middle East, I thought it was North Africa but guess it's also that. Technically it IS North Africa
Yeah Egypt is considered to be in the Middle East or atleast that's what I've always thought, that doesn't mean it can't be in North Africa at the same time tho
It's really not. It carries very little information and it's intentionally left out to cause more shock.
You mean very little information to cause shock to those who don't read the god damn source that provided like you are supposed too?
It's really not. It carries very little information and it's intentionally left out to cause more shock.
It's left out so that people don't go "who cares, it's just dead muslims, not people". There was a terrorist attack and 80 people died. Unless you want to go by the 3/5ths compromise and say that only 48 people died, it's objectively fine.
You have to read the article to actually know what is happening.
how terrible

Believe it or not, the Taliban aren't into slaughtering thousands of their countrymen over Islam. At least, they're not proud of it. I never thought I'd say it but they're by far the lesser evil, more like an awful, awful government than a big-time terror group. I was stunned to find out the Taliban formed to recover Afghanistan from the Mujahedin remnants who were committing abusive acts all over the place as the 'police'. So very much a different kind of group to ISIS, at least at its inception.

They aren't internationalist like AQ or IS.
