Read the book Into Thin Air by Jon Krakauer. It's a firsthand story of a big disaster on Mt. Everest that killed a dozen or so people, most of them rich tourists.
Great read.
I don't really think they would take accidents from a decade ago into consideration.
I don't think that he has enough upper body strength to climb a fake rock wall, much less Mount Everest.
Probably go a goddamn escalator built to go to the peak.
As impressive as this may be, there were about 7 blind children from ages 11-19 that climbed the 24,000 foot mountain next to Everest.
Of course, they had guides and such, but I believe this to be a much greater feat.
$100,000 or more
It costs $100k to climb this mountain, for 12 seconds.
Them kids, they keep achieving things and making babies at earlier ages every generation.
I think you never heard of pre-XIX centuries, when people were considered mature at 12

And the AAs!
Just look at that draw distance!
There's almost nothing to draw, hence why it's so long.
wow they just rented a bunch of sherpas to climb with hem
They probably payed a few Sherpas to carry him up the mountain. I honestly doubt that kid could do it alone.
wow they just rented a bunch of sherpas to climb with hem
Yeah, that's how most people do the Everest trip.
They rent a few Sherpas and sign up with a professional mountaineer who will guide them up.
Hacks.

Good res for a netbook or small laptop.
What does the kid do now? He just did the greatest mountain on Earth. How can you top that?

On Earth... It's time to move to Mount Olympus on Mars. It's motherfucking 20 km high!
never knew helicopters could go this high
Funny.
I know it's a joke but they can't. The lack of the proper amount of air moving over the helicopter's rotors makes it impossible to stay in the air.
