The only reason ISIS is a thing is because we're too chickenshit to actually start going to town on them with actual firepower, they're a threat insofar as not having anyone stand up to them. Maybe when the middle east declares war on the world in 20 something years we will finally man up and do what must be done; destroy the middle east and put in power moderate Muslims to start rebuilding a better islam, an islam that won't throw riots over a bunch of newspaper comics.

When that's done maybe then we can start talking about worrying for other places.

Mmm, for once the whole 'arm and train the locals' tactic is working. Also, that truck is proof they're not even trying. I invite them to continue to decorate their suicide bombing vehicles in that manner, though, as it's a massive help to the rest of the world and removes a lot of 'is that really a suicide truck' doubts in the minds of the soldiers firing that ATGM.
What war are you talking about?
Russia and Ukraine are smacking each other over the head right now. Pay attention.
Us Americans sound even happier when we do it, and we're more rude There's just something about the immediate destruction of something meant to bring harm to you/innocent people that brings us all together
They sound like a bunch of nerds playing a video game funnily enough.
Kurds stronk
I love to know that the Kurds are on our side
I really hope we don't screw them over again. Kurdistan needs to be recognized. I don't care if it pisses off Turkey.
I love that they keep taunting everyone and then get fucked up. The most power they got out of these executions is just publicity.
I would be cheering too, knowing that my family, and the community of Mosul were safe.
You do realize ISIS still has a strong hold on Mosul right :v:. This is happening like 20km east of Mosul. Mosul is being reinforced constantly and the supply line cut from the north is merely inconveniencing, nothing devastating. There is a large western corridor that connects Mosul to the rest of ISIS territory.
Fuck yeah, props to the kurds. Keep it up until these pigs are fucking eradicated
God this gets me in a good spirit watching the kurds, too bad governments still think the Kurds are a terrorist organization still.
The Kurds are actually very liberal too.
It may just be how I feel about the Kurds, but I honestly hope that we dedicate a war monument to them. For how hard they have been fighting, they honestly deserve it.
They deserve sovereignty and independence, not just a monument. They have been victims of genocide and massacre for an incredibly long time and even Saddam Hussein was fucking up Kurds in the 80's. They deserve more than just autonomy in Iraq.

They don't consider themselves part of Iraq or themselves Iraqis. They don't care what political term westerners attach to it, they all die hard believe in Kurdistan and they aren't gonna compromise. Too bad Iran says nope and Turkey says nope. Syria and Iraq would say nope too, if they had any power to do so :v:.
What war are you talking about?
You been living under a rock or something?
The Kurds are actually very liberal too.
Well, correct me if I'm wrong, because I'm ignorant on this: But Kurds don't have a country of their own, they're more of an ethnic group, which includes Iran and Iraq (not known for their cosmopolitan mentality)

There are ideally the best people to actually be US allies within the region due the fact they want their own Federalize state similar to the US. None of their politics are religiously motivated, they're motivated by the survival of their culture. Ideally Iraq,Iran,Syria and Turkey would allow the area claimed by the Kurds become Kurdistan but Turkey is full of corrupt assholes who support many of the Jihadist groups within Syria and Iraq,. Sadly the Kurds have nearly pushed ISIS out of Kobane and showed that they don't need their help at all. Iraq,Syria, and Iran might be open to allowing the Kurds to declare independance.
Get fucking wrecked I sincerely hope IS is eradicated from existence before the end of the decade.
As much as I'd like to see them dissapear... you just can't kill an idea. We've seen it time, and time again. [editline]25th January 2015[/editline] What I'm saying is, they *will* get squashed, but at some point in the future, their ideas will reappear again.
