No, Islam is not at all inherently opposed to the USA, but Islamic countries tend to hate the USA for three reasons. Keep in mind when I refer to the USA henceforth, I refer to its government and foreign policy. 1) The USA interferes in the affairs of many Arab countries, deposing democratic governments and putting dictators in their place 2) The USA stands fully behind Israel, which is treating the Palestinians like they're less than human. 3) The USA does all this while pretending it has the moral right. Now, maybe he was an anti-Israel, anti-imperialist ideologue. None of that ever makes it okay to kill people. It's truly sad his brother had to fall victim to the dogma, too.

Uhh, he's still a suspect. He should be taken alive, not shot on sight. Even though a trial would be over pretty quickly, he's still innocent until proven guilty and deserves due process just like anyone else.

I'm no judge, nor do I study justice but that seem pretty guilty. EDIT: I'm not saying he should be shot on sight, I'm saying it wont be an otter disaster if they shoot and kill him because he's shooting at them.
