Why on God's green earth does the blood moon have to happen on a school night. Can't we delay it until Friday?

The whole thing is visible from 7PM to midnight here, pretty excited. Hopefully it isn't cloudy.
Gonna watch it tonight, supposedly the eclipse is gonna be the best around 2AM here.

Here in england, moon looks normal, can see mars next to it though I think!
Am at Lima, Peru right now and the moon looks huge but nothing special yet.
