Penumbral Eclipse phase starting soon, in a couple of minutes
Fuck Ohio. We'll have so many days with no/barely any clouds whatsoever, then stuff like this happens and S.O.L.
moon hasn't changed at all for me just super fucking bright white
moon hasn't changed at all for me just super fucking bright white
You must be on the wrong planet, m8.

shit doesn't start until in 8 minutes or so from now calm your shit
Utah here. Nothing to report but a giant-ass shiny white thing in the distance.
You people are expecting it to turn full red in like 5 minutes lol, max red is in like 3 hours
You people are expecting it to turn full red in like 5 minutes lol, max red is in like 3 hours
but nooooo i don't want to stay up that late but i want to see it
well, even though I might not be able to see it due to the stupid clouds, at least I'll be able to enjoy all of the snow I just got.
Got nothing here in MD. it sucks as it supposed to go from overcast to showers in an hour. I was really looking forward to being able to see this
slightly cloudy skies in Florida. Moons damn bright enough to see it right through the clouds
After a dreary and rainy morning our bipolar Texas weather has blessed us with the clearest skies tonight. The moon looks beautiful right now
The moon's bright down here in Cali. Sorry to those of you who won't be able to see it, that really sucks :( Im gonna try to get some photos, I know fuck-all about proper photography and have subpar cameras but I still managed to take this just now while I was trying some different settings: Im going to be tired as hell but I'm gonna try to stay up for the full eclipse and get some shots of it.
I can see it! I can see it! I can see.... Clouds. :I
fyi: penumbral eclipse basically means nothing, once the partial eclipse time happens, then you'll seeing something
You guys complain about clouds, at least you guys don't have a fucking giant tree, the size of a building covering your view
walk around the tree?
You guys complain about clouds, at least you guys don't have a fucking giant tree, the size of a building covering your view
You can walk around a tree... Edit: Goddammit Jacam.

Seemed to work well for me, though it's so bright tonight you might want to shorten the shutter time a little (e.g. 1/125 for ISO 100 instead of 1/100).
walk around the tree?
To my left, there's the empty sky because the Moon already passed through there In the middle is the tree To the right, there's more apartments covering the view IT'S NOT THAT SIMPLE, JACAM(and Rob)
Does anyone know where this is going to be visible? Or are lunar eclipses visible everywhere? It doesn't seem to say anything in the article.
To my left, there's the empty sky because the Moon already passed through there In the middle is the tree To the right, there's more apartments covering the view IT'S NOT THAT SIMPLE, JACAM(and Rob)
Go west
To my left, there's the empty sky because the Moon already passed through there In the middle is the tree To the right, there's more apartments covering the view IT'S NOT THAT SIMPLE, JACAM(and Rob)
Walk around it all. Walk around the fucking city.
welp, i'll have this bloody moon tonight and don't tell me that there was a eclipse last night, because i went to sleep, and the moon was normal
To my left, there's the empty sky because the Moon already passed through there In the middle is the tree To the right, there's more apartments covering the view IT'S NOT THAT SIMPLE, JACAM(and Rob)
Lol. Do you live on an extremely small island where those are the only spots you could possibly walk to?
So, I'm listening to my playlist, and Gravelord Nito's Theme comes on JUST as the stream of the moon starts playing. ITS A SIGN!!!

It's raining where I am...cant see anything :(
Ugh a huge raincloud just rolled in as it was looking good. Oh well.
