Although they can do a lot of damage to a high density area, unless you live in downtown of a major city you really don't have much to worry about. Unless everyone else shoots theirs off too, but that's getting too Tom Clancy-ish for real life. Everyone will be fine. Not sure about South Korea though.

There's not much to worry about. Neither of NK's major allies (China and Russia) will back them if they pick a fight with the rest of the world.

They want to talk about nukes. Which is stupid because they've done this before. North Korea waves nukes around, Everyone freaks out, China urges them to talk about it, in the end they decide to give NK economic aid to stop making nukes. It doesn't help that the media is loving the attention it's getting right now, and continues to sensationalize things by adding "BRINK OF WAR" and stuff to the titles of articles. It is indeed serious but really media?
