U.S. and South Korea are still doing joint military drills. Also, N. Korea threatened the U.S. that terrible things would happen if they deployed a Carrier to the yellow sea, and we did just that. I don't think this is over yet, not by a longshot.

But the military is everywhere, on the roads outside of Pyonyang there never drive any cars, the only thing you see is marching soldiers on foot.
