Despite North Koreas standing as a somewhat competent military force, I still think all of NATO would steamroll them. Even if north korea does have a deployable nuclear weapon, it may have a chance to really be used to any good effect. I mean, they only detonated one, and in a coutnry like that they could have easily just faked it.
