North Korea was 'testing' missiles in the pacific, right off the coast of California aswell. It seems a little strange that they happen to aim for the 'water' in front of other countrys.

And they said that the whole thing was on purpose.

Last year they launched a fucking missile and it landed in the pacific, really close to California.

They've also threatened SK with more attacks if they overstep the boarders.
