Doesn't really need independence though, it had a history as a nation and now it can settle down to be a part of one. Every nation in the world should be slowly centralizing and and turning former nations into regions anyways.
no shut up about that china doesn't have anything to do with tibet and doesn't represent any of their people in anyway. what right do they have to do such things anyway
the new world? uh yeah fuck the cowboys, go indians
The natives didn't get round to inventing the wheel, writing and in the case of Aztecs civilisation.
Before China re-annexed Tibet to be part of their nation, slavery was still practised, poverty was common and most of the population was illiterate. With the Chinese, all sorts of improvements are being made (Industrializing, infrastructure, etc) even if the Chinese government is somewhat repressive it is better today than it was under the Dalai Lama.
I think you need to educate yourself about it a lot better before you start throwing your opinions every which way. Tibet practised a strictly religious system of government which kept itself isolated from Western development but that doesn't mean that it didn't work for the people living there. Sobotnik, if you'd read up and tried to have a look at the way Tibet was run and the way the people see it, I would be able to respect your opinions. But the truth is, you're just throwing out some opinion you've made up on intuition and things you think you know without having to research which is both invalid and bullshit. You have no fucking idea.
Aww, too bad. The Dalai Lama is a real bro :smith:
The natives didn't get round to inventing the wheel, writing and in the case of Aztecs civilisation.
so i don't care

Tibet has every right to be a freestanding nation, and China has absolutely no claim to that land.
why isn't sobotnik permad for being such a troll
why isn't sobotnik permad for being such a troll
Sir, there is a clear difference between trolling and opinions. I just have a different opinion that some facepunchers don't like because I'm not a Libertarian Liberal.
