• Wait, what? Man Forces Man To Perform Oral Sex, Shoots Him Twice When He’s Done

Must have been quite a blow. But seriously, this is terrible.
I'm guessing this guy has been locked up before, juvenile or adult, and been raped himself. So he gets out and is maybe just a little angry at the world. The way he lashes out is to do unto others what has been done to him. I bet the reason the forced anal didn't work is he forgot to bring some lube, it's a common mistake that even I made...uh, I mean it's a common mistake that I've heard anal rapists make their first time.
what you gonna do, what you gonna do when the black man oral rapes you
You know when i read articles, somehow i always guess the race. No surprises here.
No you would have to make it pass the strategically placed nazi guards around my house.
I'll rape them orally as well, then shoot them in the balls. Every. Last. One.
That's what he said :v:
More like "what the omfomfomf gurgle"
How's that? There are so many sex offenders on the registry that's it's near impossible for law enforcement to track them all effectively and actually force them to comply with whatever specific court-ordered restrictions they've had imposed on them. That part aside, how could what he did constitute anything less than attempted murder? He shot this man twice intentionally after raping him orally and attempting to sodomize him (I still don't understand how he was "unsuccessful").
I don't think there is a single nation in the world that thinks death is an appropriate punishment for attempted murder or assault or rape. Even the zaniest right-wingers would be unlikely to agree with you.
How would it constitute revenge in this case moreso than a safety precaution for the general interests of society? He's probably going to do it again when he gets out. Sex offenders have a bad trend of winding up as repeat offenders. And if he brings a gun along with him the next time, the next victim may not be so lucky as this one was. There is absolutely no excuse for this nonsense.
There is no excuse for it, you're right. But there's a strong psychological aspect to sexual offenses so maybe that should be explored and worked on instead of just killing people

Louisiana, Montana, Oklahoma, South Carolina, and Texas.
Louisiana, Montana, Oklahoma, South Carolina, and Texas.
None of those states are really ones with political policies anyone should be emulating
I guess you could say he discharged more than just lead
First time I've smiled reading an ITN thread in a long time. After reading the title I thought he'd shot the guy in the head for some reason. Glad he's okay.
I don't think there is a single nation in the world that thinks death is an appropriate punishment for attempted murder or assault or rape.
The United States has states which would beg to differ: Louisiana, Montana, Oklahoma, South Carolina, and Texas. Insofar as nations are concerned, a prime example is Saudi Arabia. They also instigate the death penalty for child molesters. Most importantly, they have got one of the lowest crime rates in the world (behind Iceland, Senegal, Burkina Faso, and Cameroon; they're tied at 5th with Finland, Gambia, and Mali).
There is no excuse for it, you're right. But there's a strong psychological aspect to sexual offenses so maybe that should be explored and worked on instead of just killing people
It is being explored. All the time. Just take a look sometime on Google at the number of papers which have been published on the subject- as well as psychopathy and sociopathy. Yet through all this research, we have not gotten one step closer to developing any working treatment. A lack of information isn't the problem; the simple fact of the matter is it's simply too difficult to effectively learn anything concrete which can be developed to treat mental prisoners. You know there's still no consensus over whether psychopathy and sociopathy are different conditions?
None of those states are really ones with political policies anyone should be emulating
Opinion based off personal beliefs, not fact.
what's the difference between sodomy and rape?

Run America MORE LIKE Saudi Arabia.
Of course, why didn't I think of that? Run America MORE LIKE Saudi Arabia.
Because proposing that one little faltering aspect of society is modified to reflect the functional aspect of another is just asking for absolute insanity and reform throughout the entire nation. How much do you even know about Saudi Arabia, anyway? Asides from thinking it's full of religious extremists who live in poverty with nothing but the clothes on their backs, swords, and camels amidst the sand dunes? [editline]18th June 2011[/editline] You might be interested to know that Cameroon, the nation ranked ahead of Saudi Arabia in lowest crime rates and murder rates, also uses the death penalty for murderers and people who've attempted murder.

Because believe it or not, a nation that executes its citizens isn't a very free one.
Any country ruled with an iron fist (be it a dictatorship, fascism, theocracy, whatever) is of course going to have a lower crime rate than a democratic nation
Actually, asides from the religious aspect again, Saudi Arabia is well-above the world average on the freedoms and rights index. 55th out of 187 nations; there again, there's a bunch of countries it tied with. Sixth highest in the world for Labor Freedoms and Rights, too. I figured that would make you happy. http://article.wn.com/view/2007/05/20/Saudi_ranked_sixth_in_labour_freedom/ It's not that bad or uncomfortable of a nation. The only thing that drags it down is the religious extremism.
Do you want freedom or security?
Security.
Because believe it or not, a nation that executes its citizens isn't a very free one.
Again, opinion. The United States has the death penalty, yet it remains a free nation- not a dictatorship, Fascist state, or Theocratic state.
he's not dead so it's ok
what's the difference between sodomy and rape?
I believe Sodomy is in the butt. Rape is everything but.
what's the difference between sodomy and rape?
sodomy is non-vaginal rape it's a distinction that shouldn't exist
Well, at least we know he ain't shooting blanks!
sodomy is non-vaginal rape it's a distinction that shouldn't exist
Sodomy doesn't have anything to do with it being rape or not :V, it's non-vaginal sexual intercourse!
