Americans, if Trump begins trying to censor criticism on websites via pushing net neutrality out the window, you need to revolt then and there. The routing algorithms for them seem to yield fairly decent throughput (though I haven't actually followed this very well) and iinm there are existing solutions that also enable onion routing or similar to obscure the physical location of a given service.
