Not really relevant but why does North Korea's TV footage always look like archive footage from the 1980s? Did they only recently get colour TV?
This video looks and sounds like it was filmed during the cold war on some 3-ton VHS recorder then tape-to-tape transferred bootleg style before being released to the world. It's really quite depressing. Even has that cheesy porn music too...
