Sister got on my computer :|
She's kinda sees the world in black and white, and death is something she takes serious regardless of cause.
Yep, always the black and white. It's too hard to think about things when there's gray area (which there always is). I mean, taking things like circumstance into consideration is hard work. It's easier when everything is simple.

She's slightly autistic and is bi-polar.
Not really her fault.

Who the fuck disagreed this post?
Sooooooo....
You have to be in the middle of a desert with a bunch of people smothering you to take ecstasy?
Have you ever been in a big crowd at any kind of concert? It gets pretty damn hot, especially if you are in an indoor venue.

you generally take the E's in the toilet and stumble out with some alcohol into the streets, then you crash home and drink and drink and drink water because you think you're thirsty.
OP needs to grow the fuck up. I used to do this shit all the time back in highschool, and I learned pretty fast that Ecstacy, MDMA, and LCD should be taken seriously. Know what you're taking. I've been clean for a while now.
I learned pretty fast that Ecstacy, MDMA, and LCD should be taken seriously.
I never knew that you could consume LCD; My monitor is looking pretty good right now.
Also, MDMA is ecstacy.
Derp.
Also your 18 class of 2010, you just got out of high school don't say "back in high school" when it was only a few months ago.

yet they fill it full of minors in a setting where everybody knows what a rave is about. Where's the accountability?"

I didn't know dancing at a rave caused people to do drugs.
Who the fuck disagreed this post?
Everyone fucking stupid.
Raves are for pansies and girls. Real men go to a bar and fight. EVERYONE.

Ecstasy=MDMA LSD=/=LCD.
Neither are life threatening drugs, nor do either carry a low LD.50 or a high risk of after affects.
Abso-fucking-lutely they should be taken seriously, but you should also have knowledge about them, something you clearly do not.
I'm older than you, have more experience in this area, and it's not an area of "Grow the fuck up". Maybe you should grow the fuck up?
People need to learn the difference between a rave and an electronic dance event.
A rave is shit like this:

fuckingdamn hotlink protection.
To many there is no difference.
Well of course someone was gonna die at EDC. One of my dumbass e-tard friends went with his even dumber e-tard pot dealer to this crap, and they roll on 5 or 6 pills at a time doing it. So I suppose someone was gonna die.

That isn't likely to kill you for fucks sake. The limit on MDMA itself is fairly high in the body, it's whatever it's laced with, if it's laced with anything, that will kill you. The chances of it being laced also aren't that great, depending on the area, but the truth is, you can always find pure if you want to pay just a little more.
Hi there, can i offer you a cold beverage while you remain trapped in that closed room you call life?
Its a good closed room. Lots of air conditioning and videogames...books...yep...life is pretty good here.
Wow you're really dumb fool, your body temperature rises really high when you're on ecstasy and death by dehydration ( not drinking enough water while on it ) is really common.

derp derp DERP
Haha are you implying there's actually a significant rise in body temperature from E that is not comparable to any other stimulant? E makes you feel a lot more dehydrated than you are, so people accidentally drink way too fucking much and die, not the other way around.
i second this. many from EDC were taken and hospitalized due to dehydration (or anything related to ecstasy)
Seconding the post below yours

in Southern California the odds of getting a laced pill are near zip.
Hell i don't think i've even run into a pipe around here.

Not all lives experience the same things, and yours will be missing a lot of things.
I feel sorry for her, Did she actually take the drugs or accidentally drink something that had drugs in it?
I would have loved to go to EDC, but I had already gone to coachella and had a job orientation the weekend of EDC. Still it would have been really awesome to go.
I feel sorry for her, Did she actually take the drugs or accidentally drink something that had drugs in it?
The chance of her having done the latter is so impossibly small that we might as well assume she took them.

Banning raves in an area like Los Angeles is impossible, there's nothing to worry about.
Here in Calif., they are trying to ban EDC and other raves. In fact, raves are temporarily banned in the LA Coliseum and other places following this girl's death.
LA Weekly- The president of the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum Commission has temporarily banned raves at the venue following the death of a 15-year-old who had attended the massive Electric Daisy Carnival there over the weekend.
In a Wednesday letter obtained by the Weekly, commission president Barry A. Sanders responded to county Supervisor Zev Yaroslavsky's request for a temporary ban on raves at the historic venue: "I, as president, will instruct management to observe such a moratorium in the period between now and our meeting" in July, at which a longer ban will be discussed. Of course ...
... as far as we can tell, EDC, as it's known, is the only such event large enough to command the breadth and size of the coliseum.
Event organizers claimed that 185,000 attended over two days, Friday and Saturday. The girl, later identified as Sasha Rodriguez, died at a hospital Tuesday. Doctors suspect drug intoxication, but the exact cause won't be known until an autopsy is performed.
"I was supposed to planning her Sweet Sixteen party,'' Sasha's mother, Grace Rodriguez, told the CBS Evening News. "Now, I have to plan her funeral."
EDC's organizers seemed overwhelmed, with video emerging that depicts a crush of people and at least a few injuries as dozens if not hundreds of ravers crashed gates at the coliseum.
More than 200 medical emergencies were reported, along with 65 arrests. Talent for the weekend included Will.i.am, Moby and Deadmau5.

Don't need a source it's common sense. Ecstasy raises body temperatures to dangerous levels and when you combine that with a hot closed room filled with people you have a deadly chance of severe dehydration.

Well actually you're wrong two times, E more often than not hides the feeling of dehydration not the other way around.
Here's your source http://www.macalester.edu/psychology/whathap/ubnrp/mdma/thermoregulation.html

"MDMA induces vasoconstriction (blood vessel narrowing) which slows heat loss. When overheating occurs, the body loses fluids. MDMA may mask the feeling of thirst. Dehydration impairs sweating and therefore cooling. It is essential to take in fluids in order to prevent dehydration."
