I really do hope Microsoft are revealing a new console. This console generation has gone on for far too long and the outdated tech of the ps3 and 360 is really holding back the potential in games, not to mention discouraging new experiments and intellectual properties from being made.
Give me an xbox with lots of Vram and a sandy bridge i-2500k so that developers can seriously think about implementing everything in realtime (like battlefield 3)
I just hope it doesn't come to be a pile of shit when it's announced. It probably won't be, but you never know, it's Microsoft.
Hopefully, at first, it will be a little more updated hardware-wise. Of course, in like, a year it'll be outdated again.
After seeing how the xbox 360 effected gaming I don't think I will be buying the new system just for the sake of boycotting there money hungry ways.
I want 10 year consoles, not seven year ones.
Out of all the times there was a leak from a company, now would be the best time.
All I want are for all original Xbox games to be supported. I have so many that I want to play that aren't supported on Xbox 360, but it's hard to find an original Xbox in good condition.
i miss psi ops :(
It is only holding back the potential in games because microsoft pay every developer that aim for realistic graphics to dumb it down to 2004 hardware.
