I don't give a shit really. As long as their spicy chicken sandwiches are still as delicious as they are, they can hate anybody they want.
that's a pretty damn selfish way of thinking
Is it alright if I eat there because I like the food instead of using a restaurant to express my views?
They have one at my college and I used to get it several times a week, completely gave it up after hearing about this stuff. Clearly they still can't be trusted, they are a disgusting company.
holy shit people my age (18-19) get paid $20-25 an hour for casual food service jobs in australia i guess your wages explain why everything is so cheap in america
minimum wage is like 2.20€/h around here people don't complain a lot
Ha, all states suck compared to Ontario Canada. $10.25, motherfuckers.
$18/hour here. Biiiiii-atch.
Healthy food is cheaper than cheap fatty foods.
yeah its true, you can buy a whole chicken for a dollar or two. we had a thread like this a while ago with people claiming "healthy food" is more expensive, it simply wasn't or was the exact same price but with more value.
I still have no idea why someone would be such a dick to want to lobby against equal marriage rights.
Religious intolerance is pretty much the only reason which could be remotely understandable. You'd have to be utterly retarded to do so without having some notion of being sodomised by a big red guy for eternity if you don't. It's still morally reprehensible to do so though.

It's kinda odd how people here laughed their asses off at the anti-gay people who stopped eating oreos because the company was pro-gay, and now people here are saying they'll stop eating at Chic-fil-a because the company gives money to antigay groups.

I don't really see how that's odd.
Honestly, I'd rather keep my politics and my food separate, but I guess we're coming to the point where it's just inevitable. Chic-fil-A is a terrible company, if not for supporting anti-gay rights, but for the backhand move they pulled here; that alone is terrible, and completely undermines the whole point of why they weren't allowed to build in the first place. I personally dislike eating at fast food places (especially McDonald's, I can't really eat their hamburgers without almost throwing up), but not eating there doesn't seem like it'll change anything now, since it's not the company's money anymore.

Change in the food market is unlikely. [editline]21st September 2012[/editline]
how is that funny? [editline]1[/editline] odd*
Yeah, i don't see it either. It's really shitty actually. It's really shitty that people exist who WANT to hamper others freedoms like that, not really a laughing matter.
