I hope he fucking kills it.
I hope he fucking kills it.
I hope he murders the entire state
then maybe everyone will finally respect him
Today is a good day, sanders will claw back at hillarys small lead and more superdelegates will be convinced
These wins can be useful in chewing at her lead but won't convince super delegates. He'll need to make Michigan wins in PA and NY for them to begin to get convinced.

Please...Washington is right by Vermont. That won't net him much respect.
Only 5 people voted in Garland county :(

Pretty sure that's just the terrible way they report caucus votes.

Those are delegates, lol.
Bernie is killing it in anchorage
Those are delegates, lol.
No, they aren't. The Guardian is saying there are 146 total votes so far, and 5 of them are from Garfield County. There's only 101 delegates in Washington

Garfield county btw.
Those are county delegates, are they not? I get that Garfield is the smallest county in WA but a caucus turnout of 5 people out of a population of 2000-something is insane lol.
Hillary Clinton may have the super delegates, but Sanders has mother nature on his side.
Whatever happens this election, I will never forget Birdie Sanders.
Bernie will win Washington and Hawaii but i think Hilldawg got Alaska

County delegates are gathered through caucus consensus, county delegates determine pledged delegate count.
Or am I missing something big time?

He's right. Looking right now, The Guardian is reporting 100% in and only has 5 votes tallied.
PRECINCT 34 (West Seattle): 1484 SANDERS 28 CLINTON UNDECIDED 1
lol
Most of the people on my Facebook wall that live in my state (Washington) are pro-Bernie. Doesn't surprise me that he's kicking ass.

The Guardian says so far, of the whole state, 146 votes have been counted. Therefore those can't be delegates, since that's already above the 101 delegates Washington has, and only 7% is in. When you hover over Garfield county, it says 100% is in, with only 5 votes.

you're right dude 146 people is 7% of washington state population
There's a lot of forests in Washington, which means lots of birds voting for Sanders today
you're right dude 146 people is 7% of washington state population
Obviously it's not, but it's the amount of precincts that have reported their votes.
As in, 7% of the precincts have reported their votes.
you're right dude 146 people is 7% of washington state population
It's the tally of precincts reporting in.
in caucuses, people that attend the caucuses are voted as delegates to cast their votes at the state convention, where the state delegates are decided. there are 101 state delegates and many thousand local delegates.
there were not only 5 voters - there were 5 local delegates that cast their votes representing the population of that specific county.
Caucusing is dumb

scroll down and find Garfield county. There were 5 votes in total.

Votes and state delegates are completely different. The delegates are divided at the precinct and sent to the state party headquarters. We don't find them out till the end of the night.

It doesn't make sense that a county of like 6000 people (columbia county) had a caucus turnout of 13 people for the entire thing.

I know. But this happens quite often. You need to factor in people old enough to vote, able to go, apathetic, etc.

Precinct, county, state, national - That's what we learned from the packet we were handed at my location anyways. Had a tough time getting delegates and alternatives since you have to dedicate more days to caucusing.

Just because websites can't be bothered to have their UI correctly reflect that they are county delegates rather than individual voters is meaningless. For example, Iowa: http://www.theguardian.com/us-news/ng-interactive/2016/feb/01/iowa-caucus-results-live-county-by-county-interactive-map . Note the use of "votes". And, just to be clear, the actual votes were never released for Iowa that I can tell: http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2016/02/09/iowa-democrats-stonewalling-on-vote-totals-but-have-released-past-numbers.html
