Misleading title is misleading, people there is no new season, they just bought the rights to show it.
Guys, read the article. No new episodes are being made.
A man can dream.

Fuck you there's no reason for them to buy the rights if they're not going to make a new season.

The article never mentioned making a new season. Sure they bought rights so they can air the show. There could be a very, very, very, very small possibility of them trying to do something behind the scenes but I wouldn't get excited.
Title had my hopes up, article crushed it.
Nowhere does it say they're considering making new Firefly episodes. All they say is Fillion would like to make a new season, but nothing definitive.
I am so depressed. :saddowns:
1. Means the science channel is slowly turning the same crap as Discovery Basic and the History channel, whihc pretty much leaves the Military channel and national geographic for entertaining science if you discount two hours of NOVA a week.
2. They aren't gonna make new shit. Never going to happen.
Im watching the DvDs right now! :D
I think new firefly episodes would be a bad idea. Unless they had Whedon writing it, it would be the same as all the other distilled pieces of shit on television today.
