Now these are places where gas and stun bombs are justified.

What?
What?
I wouldn't exactly feel very safe if I was an official in one of those buildings, what with a giant mob of angry rioters breaking through the flimsy glass entrance.
It'd really be self defence if they lobbed a stun grenade into the crowd to make them back off.

... Or that'd just make the situation more aggressive.
Now these are places where gas and stun bombs are justified.
What the hell is wrong with you?
What the hell is wrong with you?
I'm not entirely on their side, and I can see places where police force is legitimately justified.
Maybe it would make the situation more aggressive, but on the other hand who knows what they'd do after they broke in left, for the most part, unhindered?
Yeah I'm sure the angry protesters who aren't in the small radius that the stungrenade temporarily effects, will take real kind to you throwing grenades at them.
If you want to get your head curbstomped by a mob out to shed themselves from tyranny, that's probably the best course of action to take.
It's like sedating a bulls legs with a dartgun and then 5 seconds later getting ripped a new anus by the horns of that same bull. Then a minute later it's legs wake up again, and they also work you over.
Not an approach you want to take to increase your safety.
Shooting people and beating them up makes them more aggressive.

Agreed. Lots of these people will just be opportunist thugs.
In uk we had riots a couple of years back when the cops killed an "unarmed" man.
All the chavvy kids went round smashing up shops and stealing tvs, when interviewed on the news some of them didn't even know how the riots started, just relished the opportunity to "stick it to da man"

what could they possibly be getting from this "opportunity"?
Someone is shining a green laser into the riot police's visors. You can see being aimed on the UKR cam and where it hits on the RT cam.

Community spirit, stuff from looting, maybe pay (some moscow protesters were paid) a chance to take out their frustration at society. (being frustrated at society doesnt mean the government is totalitarian) Maybe some of the more thuggish ones just enjoy being violent and petrol bombing the police, one guy from one of the videos certainly looked like he was having a good time throwing molotovs at police, that was before the police shot back.
Another example of opportunists. Look at northern ireland or british football firms, it is a culture of violence. People take part in group conflicts as a passtime. Its fucking barbaric.
Honestly seeing the protesters as 100% honest intentioned is 100% naive.

How does blinding a cop achieve anything? see my point about some of the protesters being assholes.

they're not protesting a market area

this is not at all the same as the london riots

...I don't think you can make this comparison here.
Question, behind the fires, what are the white piles
They're building up walls

Yeah a tank burst through the barricades and ran six people over!
It only stopped when a guy's femur got trapped in the tanktracks. It's all over the BBC.
The president just made the declaration that it was an accident, but the world (especially the UN and America, although, same thing) are threatening repercussions and militairy intervention.

yet people think it is
His arguments so far are comparing the protesters that are losing their rights to football firms and the hooligans and vandals of the london riots.
At this point, I'd rather just see him dumbing comments.
Also, we know that there were about 10 or 12 tanks being sent, do we know if they're still on their way or have they arrived?
I'm really worried about what'll happen to everyone there once the tanks show up.
I thought it was 20
Yes only six died. The other 16 lost a femur. Hence, the tank stopped dead in it's tracks. PUN INTENDED

I've given you a perfectly good arguement. With several examples where similar activity took place.
I would argue that the UK riots were comparable. A number of legitimate protesters, peacefully standing up for what they believe (in both cases against a government which they believe is not acting in their interests) then opportunists join in and get violent, in this protest the protesters started the violence and I will say again in one of the videos there is a thug throwing petrol bombs at police while smiling, up to this point, to my knowledge, the police had done nothing more than wall the crowd off.
I have been to protests, I know what it is like when unsavory groups hijack it for their own agenda, be it political or simply them being animals.

Real poor straw man there, the crowd goes beyond what you see on that screen. It is in different cities where they are smashing windows to enter buildings, true I am speculating about them robbing but if you believe its not happening just because you don't see it then you are too quick to trust a bias media. Most of the cameras are supporting the riots, that is their agenda, do you think it helps their agenda for people to see "protesters" robbing.
So I've given examples and reasoning. I have explained my comparison to the uk riots.
Is that a better arguement?
Also out of interest have you ever been to a big protest? There are always opportunists.

Alright I see your point, I have been to one of the protests in vancouver for the g20 and... yeah

Football firms were to make a point about people enjoying group conflict. It is in our instinct. For this reason it would motivate no political, slightly violent people to take part.
London riots started off as a legitimate protest against police using lethal force against what was thought to be an unarmed man. People saw this as a human rights infringment.
Has that clarified it for you, or do you want a diagram and bulletpoints?
Its such a shame what is happening to those PROFESSIONAL RIOT POLICE won't some please think of the PROFESSIONAL RIOT POLICE I mean some of those brutes are throwing rocks at the poor helpless PROFESSIONAL RIOT POLICE won't someone save them?
