women children and eldery are evacuated

It is, but it's hard to place blame on anybody for it. It was about ready to plow through a crowd of people, that thing didn't even start to slow down until it was mauled.

Ukraine should have caved to popular demand on this issue, it's just a shame that they have to put peoples lives in such serious danger to make a point about.. something.

If a cop or soldiers needs to run people over or start shooting into crowds of people, somewhere along the lines one must question "am I actually protecting these people and my country?" The answer is probably a flat "no." and any further action is just needlessly putting your life and others lives at risk. Those APC drivers and their officers drove themselves literally and figuratively into that situation, hopefully this unrest can be resolved soon so nothing like that needs to happen.
