Ubisoft blames AMD for Assassin's Creed: Unity performance issues

You don't blame a GPU company for your game not working on their Hardware properly. That's your fucking job to fix.
It's even worse when you're lying.
Why is it that AAA games focus on making something really pretty and give it 1:1 facial flexes and shiny hair over a wholly functioning game?
The misconception that the AAA-publishers seem to have is that the majority is easily persuaded by shiny graphics.
Why do modern games in lower settings look worse than games made 10 years ago?
Unity barely runs at 20fps on the lowest for me and my computer isn't old and has fairly decent stuff.
It looks worse than Half Life 2.
It really is a step back when I for one can run AC4 on Ultra with disabled Ambient Occlusion, while running a stable 1080p at 60fps with the jungle vistas being an exeption.
Then having to run AC:U at the lowest settings in 720 p to get it to run smoothly for gameplay to be enjoyable.

On a positive note:
The train-wreck that AC:U has been, has given me a lot of inspiration for writing the design doc and artwork for my own open-world-city-sneaky-stabby-fencing-game :v:
the fabio glitch is a glitch that doesn't need to be patched

What do you want to bet that that happens because physics are tied to the framerate and the framerate this screenshot was taken at was 3.
Probably not true in this case. But it is in a lot of games
Every time I see news about Ubisoft, since their post about upgrading our hardware rather than them releasing patches to fix and optimize, I can only think to myself "They're going to do this to The Division"
