I love my "linux binaries" gosh I download gigs upon gigs of them. This will help even more!
Jeez. I didn't realize Facepunch was so into Linux.
They're just replacing things they pirated with Linux.
They're just replacing things they pirated with Linux.
Don't tell the mods about it! :ssh:
They're just replacing things they pirated with Linux.
Just wait, soon enough linux distros will be bannable.
Just wait, soon enough linux distros will be bannable.
But why, they're free and open source.
They're just replacing things they pirated with Linux.
No shit Sherlock.
Great now I can download the new expansion to Linux Distro!
I am using Linux and I have never downloaded any "Linux Binaries" from torrent. They are usually on SVN or some normal server. :raise: I have however downloaded a lot of abandonware and indie movies :v:
Sweet, all my Linux distros are still there!
I swear, I only download my Linux distros to try them out. I buy them if I like them!
I swear, I only download my Linux distros to try them out. I buy them if I like them!
You'll have to BUY Linux?? /sarcasm, since some of you didn't get it.
Oh sweet I like the new look.
So you can only use this program to download Linux distros? Dammit, I was going to use it for pubic domain porn! Oh well...
So you can only use this program to download Linux distros? Dammit, I was going to use it for pubic domain porn! Oh well...
Pirating porn is immoral.
What I like is how I can legally say that I downloaded Postal 2, Apocalypse Weekend, Just Cause, Quake 4, and Bioshock. I legally own the games, purchased from a store, but the disks all got ruined. Technically, I'm allowed to have a copy of the game in the event that occurs. Its technically not pirating and is legal.
I've been using the beta for a few month now
No it's technically not legal. It's like if you broke your car, you can go and steal another one (not really the same, but you get me)
But cars are made of elements. Games as just electrons and magnetic fields.
No it's technically not legal. It's like if you broke your car, you can go and steal another one (not really the same, but you get me)
What if you download the car?
What if you download the car?
"you WOULn't DOWNload a CAR"
"you WOULn't DOWNload a CAR"
FUCK you I would if I could :saddowns:
FUCK you I would if I could :saddowns:
"you WOULdn't WANT us to BREAK IN to your HOUSE and KILL YOUR FAMily."
No it's technically not legal. It's like if you broke your car, you can go and steal another one (not really the same, but you get me)
No it is legal. Its an interesting bit of copyright law.
Sweet!
You'll have to BUY Linux??
Sure. Besides, the purchased Linux has album art and liner notes that you don't get when you download it
No it's technically not legal. It's like if you broke your car, you can go and steal another one (not really the same, but you get me)
As has been said before, it is legal. It has to do with the fact that, in general, when you're buying a piece of software, you're paying for the license to it, not the actual data on the disc. You do own the disc because you are buying a hard copy, but that's not really what you're paying for; it's the right to own and use the software.
But cars are made of elements. Games as just electrons and magnetic fields.
They are not even made of electrons. They are made of pure information, but stored in form of electrons, magnetic potentials or as burned craters into optic medium. They have no real physical form.
No it's technically not legal. It's like if you broke your car, you can go and steal another one (not really the same, but you get me)
You can't make copies of cars
It looks beautiful. Just got it this morning and noticed the Network Speed testing feature. [sp]I came[/sp]
I have a 40GB caps. But after I after I reach the speed doesn't change. :smug:
If it's anything like Telstra in Aus, your paying like $5 a megabyte afer you've used up what you pay for initially.
