imagine what it's like when you violate human rights by torturing a guy for no good reason, then find out he didn't do it.
It's probably like this
Information extracted through torture is notoriously useless and confessions made under duress are no more valid. If you saw a US soldier tortured by Al-Qaeda confess to his 'crimes' on TV, you'd probably dismiss the confession as meaningless because of the torture. It's no more legitimate when we do it.
Where does it say all of those confessions were acquired via torture? Furthermore:
After Mohammed arrived at Guantánamo, a team of FBI and military interrogators tried to elicit from him the same confessions that the CIA had obtained about the 9/11 plot, but by using only legal means of interrogation. By 2008, the Bush Administration believed that this so-called Clean Team had compiled sufficient evidence to charge Mohammed and the others with capital murder.[99]

He is the alleged mastermind behind 9/11, he caused hundreds of deaths directly and tens of thousands indirectly. I have no sympathy for him whatsoever.
"alleged" Let's torture people to make ourselves feel better!
I was wondering where Dyson was getting all these wacky designs from.
So he deserves to be tortured in your opinion?
This is you in the Justin Bieber thread:
I hope he OD's on something and dies.
Totally having a vacuum cleaner romance with dyson man.
This is you in the Justin Bieber thread:
The difference is, JB is free to OD on something and die however Khalid Sheikh Mohammed is being forcibly tortured.
The difference is, JB is free to OD on something and die however Khalid Sheikh Mohammed is being forcibly tortured.
We are talking about whether or not he deserves it. According to you a spoiled pop star deserves to die, but one of the worst contemporary war criminals doesn't. You are a massive hypocrite with double standarts
Deep question: How can laserguided work without laserbeams? Scientists are on the case.
simulated drowning

He was responsible for the death of over 3,000 people. Now he's living in a prison cell where he can have actual hobbies and luxuries. That is not right, and he deserved much worse than what he got.
see the thing with a human right is that it's a right and no matter how many people you kill you still get to keep it
see the thing with a human right is that it's a right and no matter how many people you kill you still get to keep it
Thats stupid. i should call it human wrongs. people who break other peoples rights like murdering people should have only 1 right: "Right this way to the firing squad" Please, watch this:
He is the alleged mastermind behind 9/11, he caused hundreds of deaths directly and tens of thousands indirectly. I have no sympathy for him whatsoever.
you see that word at the begining there, alleged? That means no one's proven he was actually involved at all. What you're doing essentially is saying "it's okay to treat this human being as though he's some dumb animal because someone said that he was involved in a terrorist plot" and I don't think I need to tell you how utterly abhorrent and inhuman that is.

If that's not enough to say 'he did it', then are we now saying all criminals are innocent? Please, stop trying to whitewash the actions of terrorists.

He's talking about how people disregard rights.
