I find it really hypocritical that the forum that is all for the nice happy lives of murderers, since they deserve it after all, but because a man stole money from a cancer patient, this man is obviously worthy of death.

What this man did was extremely, extremely low..... but it isn't worth a death penalty. But this man does deserve to be reminded of this every day for the rest of his life, sooner or later it will get to him and he will become ridden with guilt. Afterwards he will be begging for his parents to forgive him with all of his heart, and then he will deserve what he really deserves. Not the death penalty, not being mercilessly tortured over a period of three days, but the worst thing that they could do to that man is not forgive him. After that, he will be haunted of this every day for the rest of his life. It could possibly make him suicidal, and if he goes through with that his funeral will highlight nothing positive out of his pathetic excuse for a life. And when the only thing he will be remembered for is that he stole not only money, but the last chance for happiness a 12-year-old cancer patient would ever get. And that also he pussied out and committed suicide because he couldn't live with what a horrible, horrible, person that he really really was. I think that would be a more suitable punishment than murder and torture. You could also throw in some vicious gang rape by African Americans in there for some good measure.
