It's a dog not a person. As much as I love dogs and hate what she did, you can't just start assaulting her. A court fine for animal abuse would be good enough.

For me it wasn't the killing that surprised me, killing dogs by drowning it's a very popular way to do, I may not agree with it, but it's the easiest and cheapest way I guess. It's her attitude with the killings that bothers me.
But if you think killing her for this is justice, you're either a very fucked up person or have no idea how life works in some places. In a lot of places people drown dogs because either that or they will starve to death slowly and very painfully.

this is idiotic, you cant ruin someones life over something like this. they are just some puppies, and even though that video is sad, wrong, and disturbing, people do this sort of shit all the time when they cant take care of their pet's puppies. there are thousands of people being murdered, starving to death, and getting raped right now, and you want this person to go to jail for life over some puppies? thats silly.
