William continues, “It occurred to us that we are able to objectively measure the importance of every day in history. Some days are highly eventful and on some days far less happens and we can also objectively estimate the importance of these events.”
Bullshit historian, move along everyone.

you're pretty old
What about August 12th 2050 BC? Surely that is more of a boring day in history. Nobody important was born on that day, nobody important died on that day and nothing interesting happened. Not even a turkish academic was born on that day.
Yes, I know the article says most uneventful day in the 20th Century but the thread says the most boring day in history.
my grandfather got laid

Most boring day in the 20th Century, not in all of history.
Waste of time, and it's only an opinion anyway.
It searched through a index of information about days and chose a day based on the least events/occurences in that day. Nobody interesting was born, nothing interesting happened, etc. What a boring day.

"Go back to see the Declaration of Independence!"
*Inputs date*
etc.
I'm preety sure the most boring day in history is any day after the Big Bang and before life
No thanks, I already have Wolfram Alpha.
Nobody significant died that day, no major events apparently occurred and although a typical day in the 20th century has many notable people being born, for some reason that day had only one who might make that claim: Abdullah Atalar - a Turkish academic.
