The coalition is offering (somewhat petty) reform as part of the deal to stay, why would they offer that if it were based entirely on "rivalry"? The coalition know its more than that and so you do. Anyone saying it is based on rivalry and pride is just trying to undermine the independence cause in a kind of misinformation/straw man argument. At least provide a valid counter argument if you are going to offer criticism of the yes campaign.

I can't help but have the impression that everyone voting yes does so only because "it's cool" or "it's a unique opportunity, it's gotta be good". This is not a game. Everything's not gonna be fine just because you want it or believe in it. You don't need full independence from UK to fix some of your economical problems.
