But what happens if someone starts freezing to death? Do they let the person die? Isn't it illegal to leave someone to die like that if you are aware that they are dying? Besides the disgusting misuse of capital, I don't see why everyone has a problem with people doing what they want with their bodies on a contained gameshow. It's not like half of the contestants were abducted off the streets of San-Francisco and the other half were imported from death-row.
