Even if I don't agree with prop 8, I don't see how a judge should be able to reverse a registered vote. It may be good in this situation but some judge can make some shitty judgement in the future regardless of who votes for what. It should have just been put on the ballot again, for sure it wouldn't pass again.

It is a republic, and that means that rights can not be voted on to be violated.
