I love how so many idiots think this ruling will suddenly let corporation influence politics. If anyone knew what was said in the ruling, you'd know they can't. They aren't allowed to set any conditions on the money, which means they can't say. "We gave you money, now pass these laws for us."

Corporations can run their own political advertisements independently of campaigns.
The ruling was reached because an activist group was denied the right to air their film because it too much resembled a political ad.
Corporations still cannot directly contribute or collaborate with candidates.
