Human Revolution, I doubt. But the whole Deus Ex 3 development, yeah it did. [editline]3rd June 2013[/editline] actually, Wikipedia says about 4-5 years.
But Human Revolution is Deus Ex 3?
But Human Revolution is Deus Ex 3?
That's Deus Ex 4. The 3rd Deus Ex is actually Project Snowblind. It was previously called Deus Ex: Clan Wars but due to the Invisible War failure they've renamed it.

I liked Invisible War come at me
I was never bothered to beat Missing Link. I should do another DXHR runthrough.
Tip: Get CASIE during Missing Link and use it at the end.
Maybe that's the release date the the reveal is tomorrow?
This was after the credits in Human Revolution remember.

Tip: Get CASIE during Missing Link and use it at the end.
I wish I understood the references these are making but I've never played the original Deus Ex.
A link between Human Revolution and the first game would be neat.
There kinda is already with the Bob Page scene at the end. It's proof that Megan Reed collaborated with Bob Page.
it wouldn't be a sequel if they just an announcement trailer for an announcement. Would they? Cause that is fucking retarded.
it wouldn't be a sequel if they just an announcement trailer for an announcement. Would they? Cause that is fucking retarded.
Why would it be any more okay for a movie to have an announcement for an announcement?
looked through this whole thread for a good opportunity to use "what a shame" and couldn't find a single one what a shame hahahahhahhaha
looked through this whole thread for a good opportunity to use "what a shame" and couldn't find a single one what a shame hahahahhahhaha
you're gonna burn, all right.
I wish I understood the references these are making but I've never played the original Deus Ex.
The post-credits scene just ties it in with a character from the first game (which is still worth playing if you have the time). The CASIE thing is from The Missing Link, not the first game.
it wouldn't be a sequel if they just an announcement trailer for an announcement. Would they? Cause that is fucking retarded.
They would, but it doesn't mean this is anything like that. It could be a DLC, it could be a new game, it could be a movie, or it could be something really not worth our time (again, like their last announcement).
Not gonna be the movie, they only just picked a director for it and he's busy with another project right now, there would be nothing to discuss. Considering the style in the trailer and how soon it is I'm gonna say new DLC mission, and I guess considering the voice it's something further tying the two games together.
Obviously some sort of DLC. It's just odd that they're releasing it this late, with no prior warning. Maybe they just got bored.
Is it just me or did that voice sound like Bob Page?
Is it just me or did that voice sound like Bob Page?
have you played Human Revolution? It's bob page.
you're gonna burn, all right.
But hes got nerves of steel.
Uh... that's against protocol, agent.
I need to get around to finishing the Missing Link. I absolutely loved DXHR, and the Missing Link is great. School and life shit just got in the way, and I never picked it back up. Just like I need to finish Metro Last Light and The Witcher; the same thing happened to both of those games as well. :v:

suck my dick square enix
Never in my life has something been so underwhelming I just Fuck you squeenix
They hyped up something that was just going to disappoint half the fanbase. No one wanted this, people wanted a full game. It's a terrible idea, i don't think i even have something that will be able to play it.
Fuck.
Can't wait to see what they do after the reaction they're gonna get. Sit back and watch the fireworks.
And not even for Android? Yeah, good job, ignoring the larger section of the mobile market...
wow well that's.. really shit
Fuck off Square Enix.
