what an awful idea and the justice department approved it? there should be an investigation on everyone involved in the operation.

Regardless of whether or not drugs are legalised, a person seeking rehabilitation should never have to fear going to jail if they truly want help. I'm under the impression this is already partly the case, what with methadone clinics and the like, but it's not as widespread as it should be.
