Well wasn't your post quite useless then?
I was pointing out that, you can just get a Zotac zbox and run steam on it and it's cheaper than the Xi3. Also this way, you don't need to wait for valve to finalise a steam. I don't understand why you're arguing with me, I'm not flaming/saying anything which to annoy people on purpose.
Damnit, they didn't show the modular controller thing they patented a while ago. I expected that
I hope I can use an Xbox controller, those in my mind are the best and most comfortable controllers.
In my opinion the Ps3 controller is way more comfortable.
The analog sticks feels weird to use on the Xbox controller.

Everything about the PS3 controller is better except for the triggers and the way your hand grips the controller. The PS3 controller is a bit cramped and feels a bit too light. The triggers are pretty pitiful too.
That being said, the controller's materials and buttons feel way better. Given the choice, I prefer a PS3 controller.
Man, those controllers look like MadCatz controllers.
The only controllers I see in those pictures is the logitech gamepad...
Edit:
Nevermind, I'm not the first to point it out.
They should theme the console Aperture, that'd be pretty cool/meta.
I wonder if I'll pick one of these up. I have an Xbox 360 and a gaming PC, so I'm wondering if there's any benefit to this - I can't imagine many of my friends buying it. It's strange to have a new machine enter the market.
I love the Microsoft Windows sticker on the side.
I love this design.

I like the fact that it's small like a DVR box. It will fit right in any entertainment system, and it looks extremely nice.
I hope the actual controllers aren't going to use the finger mutilating analog positioning.

Are you implying that two hands are better suited to a non-symetrical positioning layout?
Is your left shoe slightly thicker than your right?
If you are however trying to say that you hope they dont use the 360's controller layout as it is "finger mutilating" then I agree but not because I feel it mutilates peoples fingers.

If that's the "in-house" steambox, I'll take 5.

The analog sticks on the XBox controller grip your fingers, which is exactly the other way around on the
PS3 and way worse imo...
Looks promising, I just hope that they dont go with those big bulky designs... A small cube / rectangle would be perfect.
Even the design in Pageking is too big imho.
these guys are fucking retarded; these aren't steambox prototypes, they're just mini PCs that vave is using to demo big picture mode
the closesst thing to a steambox prototype is the piston and even that isn't one
