I might be terribly wrong here (as I was pretty much at every other turn of this conflict), but I really think Poroshenko controls fuck all in Ukraine. It just doesn't seem like government has any say in what's happening at this point. Military and NG openly defy orders and authority, and rightly so: Ukrainian military command has proven itself to be utterly incompetent and incapable of doing their job, by basically [b]killing[/b] shitloads of their troops in helo recon and that transport plane.

It massively falls apart.
