No way, YOU have a heart. Especially for giving me such strong erotic laughter with that avatar :P
yo, cratered still means To fall and crash violently from a great height, right?
or is that shit considered slang
I've seen crater things happen before.
I had to say this out loud to get the pun :downs:
Perfect time for St. Helens to erupt again.
That would suck for him :v:
I'm not sure it can erupt again. The magma is rising to the surface so that means there isn't enough pressure. Volcanos(like St. Helens) IIRC only erupt when magma fills the whole mountain up and creates too much pressure and basically blows to top off.
Oh wow, there was another guy just feet away from him. That's scary stuff. 1,500 feet, too.
Guess he couldn't climb out of that one

Some just ooze lava out from the vents. Though I'm not sure if thats erupting exactly.
He died.

Shit... :crying:
Seriously, That must have been brick-shittingly scary for the guy 10 feet from him.
Well, you have to admit it's a pretty cool way to die.
I mean, it was probably really painful for him, but they could put on his gravestone:
"Fell into a volcano"
He probably has Verizon.
Verizon, coverage so good you can call from a active volcano!

Must be the villains choce then.
His dad said at least he died doing what he loved.
Who knew people enjoyed blowing a rescue whistle that much?
What a dumbass. He was lucky a chopper happened to be around there.
I wonder what he died from.
Sulphur dioxide.
Wouldn't it suck if him falling in set it off?
He would have to be incredibly fat.

Or say that at the pearly gates.
Or have the song "eruption" playing during the funeral?
He would have to be incredibly fat.
Or my dad. :v:
Sulphur dioxide.
Nope. The cause of death is blunt force trauma from the fall.

It is, but there are different types of volcanoes. The Hawaiin Islands are always erupting, there is a constant lava flow. Ones like Mt. Rainier and Mt. St. Helens erupt when pressure builds up and the top blows off. They don't have as much lava in the eruption as they do clouds of smoke and ash. It's more like a big bomb.
Fellow climber Scott Salkovics told CNN affiliate KGW that Bohlig had handed his camera to another climber and was about to pose for a picture with Mount Rainier in the background when he turned around and took a final step on the cornice.
Would love to see that picture and see the look on his face when the ground slips beneath him.

Hum the whole thing is so tragic.
I read "Man falls and leaves a crater".
