I would give him one, but I'm afraid he will either throw it in my face or take it and give it a funeral in his backyard, and also who would give a nice 20 dollar steak to a vegan, much less a PETA member.
Convert him, also backyard steak funeral sounds like a hilarious thing. Or get some stakes and put them up along the fence and hang a bunch of meat from them.
But meat is murder!
So is veganism. But apples don't scream when you tear them off branches.
Aren't humans naturally omnivores? So forcing us to do something that's against our nature is bad isn't it? Since we evolved eating both vegetables/fruit and meat. Might be wrong though, so don't quote me on that.
We're natural omnivores but we prefer meat.
Humans do not have the same gut structure as strict herbivores, Or stomach pH is too low for many of the bacteria that help break down plant material and we have little to no functional cecum for extra microbial fermentation. Yes it is possible to be a very healthy vegan, but it is much easier to be a healthy omnivore. There is a reason we still have canine teeth, we have evolved to be dependent on meat as well as plants.
Here comes the vegan hate train. TOOT TOOT
The fact you're so defensive makes me want to poke fun at you.
:suicide:
Heheh, so they're promoting a healthy diet of all-natural ingredients, with an advert of a skinny chick with silicone tits and a lot of photoshop?
So is veganism. But apples don't scream when you tear them off branches.
That tree would kill you in a heartbeat if it had the chance. That's why they drop fruits and nuts just when you are passing underneath. It's attempted murder.
Our advertisement featuring a sexy woman showing off her vegan physique will drive Baltimore residents to PETA’s heart-healthy vegan recipes that will keep them firing on all cylinders
no but it will keep me firing on my one cylinder [editline]tits[/editline] the cylinder is my penis [editline]ass[/editline] masturbating
no but it will keep me firing on my one cylinder [editline]tits[/editline] the cylinder is my penis [editline]ass[/editline] masturbating
You said penis.
You're allowed to judge people by their choices. In fact, it's really the only medium by which you can judge people.
You are completely oblivious to other reasons people could be vegetarians, they might not like eating living animals, not just that they're treated cruelly. You act like all vegetarians/vegans act like they're higher than everyone else.
New Agenda: #1: Start controlled burn on an abandoned house by a river. #2: Have Neighborhood bonding BBQ party while firetrucks go by.
Too bad that won't do shit.
I suppose.
state-sponsored objectification of women oh boy!!
I love feminism for giving me just another reason to hate peta
There's a thing at the firehouse here that says "Firefighters fight muscular dystrophy!". Having a vegan advertisement on the fire trucks would be counter productive.
Heheh, so they're promoting a healthy diet of all-natural ingredients, with an advert of a skinny chick with silicone tits and a lot of photoshop?
It does strike me as very odd they chose a girl with fake ones, I'd have thought they either go for natural or removed breasts. [editline]24th April 2012[/editline]
I love feminism for giving me just another reason to hate peta
"We have no intention of changing our tactics until every last animal on the planet is given more respect than women" - PETA.
Dumb ads aren't going to save every animal on Earth. Imagine how much of their advertising funds could be going to saving all those animals they euthanize.
