Oh no I won't be able to play crysis in my web browser, so that means I should switch to IE.
I'm not a fan of IE, but the reason I don't use it is because I'm just used to firefox.

I knew I saw it somewhere
I'm used to Chrome and IE is simply "just as good", not "better". Until they provide killer features or huge advantages, I won't change to IE, because I have no real reason.
I do use it for watching videos online though, as it's the only browser on Windows 7/8 that can do fullscreen when you have DPI scaling enabled.
Why are companies like Microsoft and Apple always so intent on making people use their own browser? What advantage do they actually gain from it? It's not like they're selling it, nor will people buy Windows "because it has internet explorer".
Microsoft made quite nice heavyweight joysticks.
That, and the Windows 7 OS are the only things that come to mind as 'good' products by them in recent years.
I won't even try their new browser, because launching the one installed by default in Windows 7 that goes to their default homepage, instantly causes some shitty Flash error, and if they can't sort out shit like that years after release, I can't be bothered trying their new, probably shit browser.
IE sucks... less.
How is that a marketing campaign? So they admit it sucks, just a little bit less than it did before? Yeah, I'm going to stick with what I have, thanks.
IE sucks less, after (as the video puts it - closely following multiple mega future standards, being essentially a saint of the digital world and multiple other things beyond the call of duty.)
It's not an a message directed at how good or bad IE currently is, but at how "haters" "trolls" "anti-fans?" have completely warped views of the product.

That's pretty shitty reasoning. It's really decent - I can't really be bothered to change from Chrome, but it's very fast, and really I prefer to Firefox.
This has actually made me consider using IE again after bad experiences before :v:
It's confirmed. Microsoft stalks their enemies to know what they like and uses it as leverage.
