Well it would certainly fucking help if the left would stop going extreme left. They don't seem to understand that they aren't losing voters because they're not left enough, but because they're going too far. There's growing opposition to the way they're handling the refugee crisis for example, but anytime you try and bring up that maybe we should put some limits on it you instantly get branded a racist.
I feel like this is the only reason why the right wing hasn't been on the rise so much in Austria.
^ Yeah, I mean, this is a country that is already putting up a fence. What else do they want? Shut down all airports?
Build a 700 foot tall wall of ice around the border.
^ Yeah, I mean, this is a country that is already putting up a fence. What else do they want? Shut down all airports?
How dare you call it a fence?? "It's just a door with side wings:)"
I remember that King Tiger was sure that FPO was going to win
The EU is done for. FPO is going to win in Austria and they will soon be out. Once Le Pen wins in France though, that will be the killing stroke. The EU will be nothing more than Germany and it's vassals before long.
He's banned, but I'm sure he'd have had something to contribute here
weird how across europe, wanting to leave EU is a far-right thing but here in Portugal it's a far-left thing
It's actually neither here nor there. Wanting to leave the EU is an issue that isn't related to what side of the spectrum you are on.
weird how across europe, wanting to leave EU is a far-right thing but here in Portugal it's a far-left thing
It was originally a far left thing, funnily enough, but in a lot of countries it has switched spectrums The most far-left party in my country, the Socialist Party, is euroskeptic as well, though not really skeptic of the idea of an EU just skeptic of this EU. Centre-left and centre-right parties here are all in favour of the EU to varying degrees. And then there's the PVV, their views are clear obviously.
