Basically, a seemingly insignificant error saved his life, because that next shot would've dropped him dead.

On a side note, does anyone else hear faint music in the video? It's around 15-22 seconds is where it's most noticeably, but it starts earlier than that, around 7 seconds. Where is that music coming from?

Probably from either the Patrol Car or the Drunk's car my favorite was a shootout that took place killing a bank robber after leading the police on a chase, and the police car's radio was playing Boulevard of Broken Dreams.... fantastic
