I'm appalled at how gullible youtube is when it comes to copyright claims. They even allowed Sega to illegitimately take down videos.

I'd assume it goes back to US's part in the Korean War and possibly even further to the end of WWII (when the Korean peninsula was divided along the 38'th parallel and US forces occupied the southern part). In the Korean War US was the largest component by far of the UN forces which supported South Korea and basically prevented it from turning the entire peninsula into a communist state.

The US' involvement in the Korean War is largely the reason there's a South Korea. Which North Korea is naturally very much upset about, they almost had control of the entire Korean peninsula.

It's a channel operated their central news agency (ran by the state). They have thousands of videos uploaded there which appear to be TV-programmes (shown on national TV?) judging by the logo in the corner.

NATO should orchestrate a mass demolition of NK's entire artillery fleet so that Seoul is no longer compromised. We wouldn't hear from NK in at least fifty years and if we're lucky they'll spend their time fixing things instead of rebuilding the guns.
