What will happen is many will flee north to escape the conflict. The Chinese will report the civies fleeing as a north korean "troop surge" trying to invade China. Which of course the Chinese will neutralize as quickly they can. No refugees. No Problem.

No Problem.[/QUOTE] If this happens there'd be literally zero point in us ever going to war with them in the first place, also China stationed military at the border specifically to provide medical assistance to any potential refugees in the event of war, they won't turn their guns on them.
