WW2 was also only good for America because prety much every other world power was bombed to shit while the closest to an Attack on US soil was Pearl Harbour. If it was a war with China, India and other countries that produce most of our stuff and the US was untouched through it, maybe then it might work.

People who are ripping off welfare benefits need to get the fuck back to work. A lack of jobs is not the only problem, it's also a lack of people who actually look for a job.

The national employment has been pretty high for about 4 years now. Where have you been? Last year it was about 15%.

It's a different situation, but people always take everything too far.

It's probably lower than 17%, but no doubt its higher than govt projections. Government stats are [i]always[/i] understated. I'd say its in the 13-14% range.
