It's not really relevant at all, it only serves as a e-peen boost or a showboating jab at how they are idiots and we are generally more mature. I came to this thread because here we can network and learn much more about what happened, with only a small minority of inconsiderate posters saying stupid stuff. If I wanted to read what stupid people wrote about this terrorist attack, I'd go to twitter or 4chan.

Someone who is broken or has some sort of illness could've done it. There are a lot of things that can drive someone to absolutely hate a certain society, or into being completely misanthropic. Illnesses, traumatic events, all that.

I hate to say this, but this event is actually one of the 'better' events to have this happen when it comes to victims. There are a LOT of EMS and medical personnel on site for events like this. Those hurt received VERY quick emergency aid.

you guys need to stop listening to scanners. They offer you nothing but speculation and sensationalism. Interviews with people are going to happen, theres going to be a lot of people detained or stopped, theres going to be foreigners, theres going to be weird trucks and shit, it happens everyday regardless.

Just catching up on this. Holy christ, what the fuck. I first heard a bomb had gone off and I wasn't all too shocked because I hadn't heard the victim count but after reading the whole previous thread and this one I just... Wow. Seeing all the video footage and all these images is sickening. I can't understand how a person would do something like this. What psychotic thoughts go through a persons mind in the planning? It absolutely baffles me... My thoughts and heart goes out to the people involved and the victims families. And while 2 deaths is 2 deaths too many, at least hopefully the death tool won't increase with the injuries people have sustained... Jesus...

Scanners are probably the most reliable source out there since they come from the professionals in the field. Its the interviews that subject speculation and sensationalism.

Injured has now rose to 132, 17 in critical condition. Doctors have been pulling ball bearings out of people, which suggests that the bombs were created to wound the largest number of people possible. Lots of this kind of thing came up with scenarios etc. Domestic attacks are usually small and focused on a very specific target due to falling out's/grudges/perceived wrongdoings etc. - foreign based attacks don't to this but usually have larger and higher profile targets for maximum impact.
