Not the possibility of such a thing being planned but how would that story have gotten out so rapidly. If his partner died I doubt tweeting his former plans would be high on his list of things to do or telling someone and them being that insensitive to decide to spread it to tug on peoples heart strings. Sounds like far fetched tumblr-esque horseshit.

The man who's picture has been going around, the one where he had his legs "removed". He wasn't a runner, right? I mean, the bombs were on the sidewalk, so he was a spectator?
