All hospitals have a MCI plan (Mass civilian Injury), the ER waiting room becomes a triage area, as do ambulance bays, if you're not going to die right away, or need immediate treatment, you won't be getting a room. Surgical staff will be called in, as will the ICU staff be beefed up. lower-level units will all converge their staff and resources into the ER, ICU, and surgical departments. When rooms fill up, they'll just start stacking them up in the hallways if need be.
They also don't send everyone to one hospital. They won't have a supply storage, if you've even been in a hospital supply department you'll see that they're ready for world war 3.
Broken leg, and some cuts? you're going to a lower-trauma level hospital. Massive chest trauma, amputation? you're going to a trauma 1.

There'll be a strong push for stronger, more intrusive legislation to invade privacy and restrict personal freedoms. The GOP is going to come back from this with more support than ever.

I'm not overly worried about that. With the exception of a few isolated, independent incidents, the US did not break out with pogroms against Arabs after 9/11.

No.
The 3rd "bomb" was not a bomb (there are no "bombs" yet, just explosions). There was an explosion/fire at a library that turned out to not be related to the incident at all.
